Joby Rogers is a certified, professional makeup artist with over 30 years of experience, working as a professional and freelance makeup artist. Joby is the principal makeup artist educator at several Cosmetology Academies and Modeling Agencies cosmetology agencies throughout Connecticut. Joby is a State of CT • Office of Higher Education Private Occupational Schools Curriculum (POSA) Specialists in Makeup Artistry & Modeling Education. Joby has worked in all facets of the business including fashion, celebrity, runway, film, television, photography, instruction and education Joby’s makeup artistry has appeared in Forbes Magazine, Star Magazine, Miami New Times, Essence Magazine, Billboard Magazine, The New York Post, and Marie Claire, among many other printed and social media publications. Joby is a World Renowned Michael Jackson Tribute Artist. Using his makeup skills to perfect his resemblance to Michael Jackson garnered the attention of the ‘King of Pop’ himself, prompting Jackson to personally approve Joby as an ``Official Substitute” in a signed statement. Joby has been showcased as ‘Michael Jackson’ in international magazines and even appeared credited on the cover of ‘Rolling Stone’ magazine as 'Michael Jackson’.
